three story addition to  an existing single family residence

silver lake, los angeles

addition to the home of a long time client with whom we have worked with on previous commercial projects on Sunset Boulevard in silver lake.

virtually doubling the square footage of an existing two story home with a three story addition of 1,300.00 sq.ft. that occupies the rear yard of an unusually deep lot.

the addition creates an outdoor space between the existing home and the new addition creating a tripartite composition that makes the whole seem much larger than the sum number of square feet.
